A sincere thank you to all who braved the dark roads last night and cold wind today to pay honors to Joe.  Some of this family has had a very difficult couple of weeks; as the saying goes, things come in threes and this sad event was their third.   Joe was a great guy, a true gentleman, and his family very much appreciates our show of respect and appreciation for him and them!

We also thank Sidewalk and his wonderful wife for giving us this opportunity.  They are part of the family, but he and Dash (also member of Second Brigade) started standing honors at the casket, Blue Comet members then took turns, and a few of them also stood for us last night to give us an opportunity to pay our respects and get a break.

In Memory of Daddy, Uncle Roy, Uncle Earl, Uncle Stan, Stretch, Al, Joe, Jake, Steve, Eddie & Kat
In honor of Capt. Walter Sigafoos and ADJ3 Paul Moser - still missing

"Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are at peace."  Author unknown
