Cpl. Steven R. Koch
Birth: Oct. 25, 1984
New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey, USA
Death: Mar. 3, 2008, Afghanistan

Corporal Steven R. Koch died on Monday, March 3, 2008, while serving in the U.S. Army in the Sabari District of Afghanistan. Born in New Brunswick, Cpl. Koch lived in North Brunswick before moving to East Brunswick. He attended Our Lady of Lourdes School in Milltown and East Brunswick High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in March of 2006 and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.

No words are enough to thank the riders, that came up today..tears came rolling down my face...on behalf of the Koch family, Thank you and for the kind words and prayers..Bill Koch (Steven's dad) said "maybe the kids, that play and grow up on Koch Lane will join and fight for our freedom", this is from a father, that not only lost his son, his daughter took her life, because she couldn't get over the loss. Once again thank you and I am proud to be part of warriors watch..God bless those who served/is serving, those kia and the families!!
