Quoted from Lee W
Quoted from Brian Wendholt from ABATE-  "People see what they’ve been conditioned to see and there are obviously a lot fewer motorcycles on the road than other vehicles,"  "They can see a motorcycle and it doesn’t register in their brain that have seen a vehicle."

Ron, Not sure if you were a victim of the above mentality, but too many of our Brothers and Sister are on a daily basis.  My heart goes out to your family and friends, may you Rest In Peace Brother!

That wasn't the case this time.  Two cars hit which caused him to be sideswiped by one of them.

In Memory of Daddy, Uncle Roy, Uncle Earl, Uncle Stan, Stretch, Al, Joe, Jake, Steve, Eddie & Kat
In honor of Capt. Walter Sigafoos and ADJ3 Paul Moser - still missing

"Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are at peace."  Author unknown

MaMa Kat
I feel a warmth around me
like your presence is so near,
And I close my eyes to visualize
your face when you were here,
I adore the times we spent together
and they are locked inside my heart,
For as long as I have those memories
we will never be apart,
Even though we cannot speak no more
my voice is always there,
Because every night before I sleep
I have you in my prayer.
