Haven't talked to you for awhile Papa Joe.  Happy Memorial Day weekend.  Miss you Dude!

I truly feel that I served in the United States Military to protect your freedom of speech.  I also feel this gives me the right to smack you square in the mouth for saying something stupid!

Good Morning, Papa Joe! I hope you had a good weekend! It's going to be a wet Tuesday up here. I guess my grass will grom another foot before I can get it mowed again.

We're looking forward to the second birthday bash up here...wish you could be with us, but we'll send you pictures!

I think I'd be afraid to look that dream up and find out the meaning!

Hope you had a great weekend and, if you got frisky, more power to ya!!  We had a couple with us in DC; glad they were no where near our room, cause I was afraid I'd get no sleep if they were.  G-d's gonna get the rest of us for our comments and laughter, but she was pretty much starting before we got there!

Back to the grind today - as in routine, work, docs and stuff!

A penguin, huh? Hmmmmm........interesting! Perhaps a tuxedo for an upcoming event, like maybe a wedding?

Prayers going out

My responsibility, our responsibility as lucky Americans, is to try to give back to this country as much as it has given us, as we continue our American journey together.

Papa Joe 's surgery went well, they got the abscess and he is resting comfortable...There are many unanswered questions for both he and Carol right now....They did get to go to the Lake for a couple of days before having to bring Joe to the ER on Sunday....Joe will be in the hospital for a few days, they have to figure out what kind of germ is creating the problem before he can be put on right antibiotics....Please keep your prayers coming for both Carol and Joe....As soon as we know more we will let y'all know...
