Friday morning! And it's raining! And supposed to go back down below freezing tonight here.

I'm hearing rumors that there is a certain young gal in Clermont, driving certain car with targets painted all over it! I think maybe we all need to get together and wrap that car in neon-colored foam rubber!

Have a good day, Papa Joe!

Good Morning, Papa Joe! At 0600 hrs here in NEPA, it's about 32 degrees and a little cloudy. Today, the Aviation Club of Marywood University, Scranton , PA, is holding a funraiser at the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Intl Airport...food, games, airplane rides...all to raise money for the Carol Ann Drazba Memorial Fund, spearheaded by our Friends of the Forgotten Northeast Wing.  It is truly amazing how NEPA has come out in full force to support this idea, started by a small handful of our members who wanted to honor a fallen hero, one of the first two nurses and women to die in Vietnam. And it all started on Wreath-laying Day in December!
Hope the sun comes out for this event, and hope it is shining on you today!

Gee....I wonder if that open-cockpit Stearman PT-17 is availabe for the rides! Or the T-6! I'm getting excited just thinking about it!

First time in two years - our missionn turned into a stand-down at the airport.  Our young man wasn't on the plane.  We're hoping all is well.
