In honor of my father SGT James W. Simms US Army wounded in the Battle of the Bulge and my Marine sons, SGT Jason M. Simms USMC who received the Purple Heart in July 2004 while serving in Iraq and LCPL Nathan J. Simms USMC who was released from active duty in May 2011 after serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia

Some members tease me about having 60,000 people within six miles here at home.  
Some of them have 60,000 people within 6,000 miles.

But hey, we have to start somewhere.
